About Social Dots

One team accountable for the full path to booking

One team building the website, marketing, automation, and CRM that get local service businesses found, booked, and followed up with, instead of managing five disconnected vendors.

Our Story

Big-company infrastructure, built for growing businesses

Ali Shafique spent more than 15 years building digital systems, customer journeys, and growth infrastructure inside large Canadian telecom and technology organizations. The work was complex, but the root issues were familiar: leads going cold, disconnected tools, slow follow-up, and teams doing too much manually.

The difference between a larger company and a growing local business usually is not ambition. It is infrastructure. Bigger teams already have workflows for reviews, lead routing, reminders, reporting, and conversion tracking. Smaller businesses are often trying to grow with five disconnected tools, too many handoffs, and no one owning the full path from lead to booking.

Social Dots was built to bring that infrastructure to smaller businesses. We bring strategy, websites, automation, and operational thinking together so service businesses can capture more demand, respond faster, and run with less manual work. The goal is a business that works better from first search to booked appointment.

Who We Are

A hands-on growth partner, not another vendor

We give local service businesses clear priorities, fast execution, and accountability across the full customer journey. When specialist support is needed, we scope that support clearly and keep one point of responsibility.

Business-First Thinking

We start by understanding how the business actually works: how leads come in, how bookings happen, and what the team can keep up day to day. The scope gets built around that reality, not a standard package.

Local Focus, Modern Delivery

We work with GTA and Canadian businesses that rely on trust, phone calls, appointments, and repeat customers. Our delivery is modern, but the recommendations stay grounded in how local service businesses actually operate.

Fast Execution, Clear Ownership

Strategy, copy, design, build, and automation stay connected. That means fewer handoffs, faster launches, and less time spent managing multiple vendors who blame each other.

Need one team to own the
full system?

That means reviews, response time, lead handling, and the website, run by one team instead of split across vendors that do not talk to each other.
