An established GTA dental practice serving families across its community had built its reputation on word-of-mouth and loyal returning patients — but new-patient acquisition had stalled. The website was years old: slow to load, hard to use on a phone, and with no way to book online. Every enquiry required a phone call, and many prospective patients simply moved on to the next clinic on Google.

01 - The Problem
What Was Holding Them Back
The old website was a liability — slow, dated on mobile, and with no path to book without calling during office hours. For a practice where many bookings come from people searching on their phones, that was a critical blind spot. There was also no review automation, so the Google presence didn't reflect the quality of care actually delivered.

02 - The Solution
The Approach
We designed and built a new website from the ground up — optimized for speed, mobile, and conversions (under two seconds on mobile). The centrepiece is an AI conversation assistant that handles the booking flow end-to-end: confirming the service, suggesting times, and creating the appointment in the CRM. We also added a reputation system that automatically requests reviews shortly after each appointment.
