Milton Family Dental is a well-established dental practice in Milton, Ontario, serving families across the community. The practice had built its reputation through word-of-mouth and loyal returning patients, but new patient acquisition had stalled. The website was years old — slow to load, impossible to navigate on a phone, and completely lacking any way to book an appointment online. Every new patient inquiry required a phone call, and many potential patients simply moved on to the next clinic they found on Google.
Beyond the website, the practice had no systematic way to collect reviews. Satisfied patients weren't being asked to share their experience, while negative experiences — if any — were more likely to surface online unprompted. The result was a Google presence that didn't reflect the quality of care the practice actually delivered.

The old website was a liability. It loaded slowly, looked outdated on mobile devices, and offered no path to book an appointment without calling during office hours. For a dental practice where many bookings come from people searching on their phones during lunch or after hours, this was a critical blind spot. The practice was relying entirely on phone calls and word-of-mouth to bring in new patients — while competitors with modern websites and online booking were capturing the majority of search traffic.
There was also no review automation. In healthcare, Google reviews are a trust signal that directly influences whether a potential patient picks up the phone or moves on. A practice with 20 reviews at 4.2 stars looks materially different from one with 80 reviews at 4.8 stars — even if the care is identical.
Every day with a slow, confusing website is a patient choosing the clinic that appears more trustworthy online. In Milton's growing dental market, standing still means falling behind.
Here's What We Did About It
We designed and built a completely new website from the ground up, optimized for speed, mobile devices, and conversions. The new site loads in under two seconds on mobile, presents services and team information clearly, and makes it easy for prospective patients to understand what makes the practice different.
The centrepiece is the AI conversation assistant, powered by Go High Level (GHL). When a prospective patient lands on the site, they can start a conversation right there — asking questions, getting answers, and booking an appointment without ever picking up the phone. The AI handles the booking flow end-to-end: confirming the service needed, suggesting available times, and creating the appointment in the CRM. Office staff no longer spend their day fielding phone calls from people who just wanted to check availability.
We also implemented a reputation management system that automatically sends review requests to patients after their appointments. The system is configured to go out at the right moment — shortly after a positive experience — to maximize the likelihood of a review being submitted. This builds the Google profile systematically, without requiring staff to remember to ask.


Here's What Changed
The new website went live at miltonfamilydental.com to a modern, fast, conversion-focused design that reflects the quality of care the practice provides. The AI assistant is now handling booking conversations around the clock, capturing patient inquiries outside of office hours that would previously have been lost. The reputation management system is running automatically, steadily building the Google review profile with requests going out after each appointment.
The result is a digital presence that works as hard as the practice does — capturing new patients who search online, converting them without friction, and building the social proof needed to keep the pipeline full.
