Amazon brand storefront

An Amazon-native brand building a storefront it owns, so the customer relationship stops living entirely inside the marketplace.

Client name withheld until they approve being featured.

The result

Building an owned storefront so the brand stops renting its audience from the marketplace

What we built

  • Shopify store build
  • Brand migration off-marketplace

The marketplace owns the reviews, the customer list, and most of the margin. The brand was renting its own audience.

Where we started

Selling well on Amazon and holding none of the assets that make a brand worth something on its own. Reviews, buyer contact details, and repeat-purchase behaviour all sat with the marketplace, which meant no email list, no retargeting pool, and no way to launch to an existing audience.

What we are building

A direct storefront that carries the brand properly, with the product catalogue, positioning, and buying journey rebuilt for a customer arriving from search or social rather than from a marketplace listing page. Amazon keeps doing what it is good at; the owned channel is what gets built alongside it.

Let's build something like this for you.
