Already On GoHighLevel And It Is Not Working?

You are paying for the platform every month. The question is whether the build behind it is doing anything. Here is how to tell, and what we do about it.

The diagnosis

The five ways a GoHighLevel build stalls.

When we take over an account that is not performing, the cause is almost always one of these five. None of them are the platform's fault.

Half-built workflows

The funnel page exists and nothing fires behind it. A workflow that was 80 percent finished is indistinguishable from one that was never started, because the lead experiences the same silence.

No A2P registration, so SMS silently fails

Messaging requirements vary by number and destination. A registration or verification issue can be one cause of failure, alongside consent, content, carrier filtering, or number configuration. We test the route instead of assuming the cause.

Calendars not connected

The booking link exists but is wired to nothing, so people request times that were never available, or give up and phone. Either way the calendar automation everyone paid for books nothing.

No follow-up after the first message

The auto-reply goes out once and the sequence ends there. Most bookings take several touches, so a one-message welcome is a polite way of going cold.

Nobody owns it

The agency that built it left, and no one inside the business was ever trained. Small drifts compound: a changed phone number here, an expired integration there, until the system quietly stops working.

Step one

What an audit covers.

Every rescue starts with evidence, not a rebuild quote. We go through the account and test it the way a customer would experience it.

  • Every workflow: does it fire, in what order, and what does the lead actually receive

  • SMS delivery: A2P registration status, sending numbers, and a live delivery test

  • Calendars and booking: connected, available, and confirming correctly

  • Pipelines: whether stages match how your team actually works

  • Forms, calls, and email paths tested end to end with real messages

  • A written list of findings, ranked by what is costing you the most

What we fix

  • Unfinished workflows, completed and tested

  • Applicable messaging registration and delivery testing

  • Calendars connected to real availability

  • Follow-up sequences that go beyond the first message

  • Ownership: a named person responsible for the system going forward

What we leave alone

  • Workflows that already work. A rescue is not an excuse to bill for a rebuild.

  • Your account, data, and numbers, subject to the documented account and provider arrangement.

  • Tools outside GoHighLevel that are doing their job. If your booking tool works, we connect it rather than replace it.

A system that runs

Common questions about a GoHighLevel rescue

How do we know if the problem is the build or the platform?

We do not assume the answer. We test the important paths: workflow triggers, message status, calendar availability, and handoff. We use the evidence to separate configuration issues from platform or carrier issues before scoping a fix.

Will you make us start over?

Only where starting over is genuinely cheaper than untangling. Most rescues keep the account, the data, and the parts of the build that work, and rebuild the rest. You do not pay to redo work that is already sound.

What does a rescue cost?

Repair work is scoped from the audit, so we do not publish a price list. Your existing GoHighLevel subscription and communication usage remain separate. The audit produces a written repair scope and price before any larger change begins.

Our agency built it and disappeared. Can you take over their work?

We can review an inherited build and tell you what access and account changes are needed. If the account or phone services are controlled by a previous provider, the transfer path depends on that provider and the account arrangement; we document it before making changes.

How long does a rescue take?

The audit takes about a week once we have access. Fixes are scoped from the audit findings, so the timeline depends on what is actually broken, and it is confirmed in writing before work begins.
