What we built
- Brand identity
- Shopify storefront
- Subscription packaging & pricing
- Weekly menu operation
- Local SEO
Home-style Pakistani cooking sold locally by word of mouth, with no brand, no storefront, and no way for a customer to order a week of meals without a back-and-forth conversation.
The build
A full brand and storefront for a food business that had been running on messages and word of mouth. The identity leans on the Walled City of Lahore rather than generic South Asian restaurant cues, so the brand reads as specific rather than category-standard.
Packaging the offer
The commercial problem was not demand, it was the shape of the offer. Meals are sold as weekly packages at four tiers rather than as individual dishes, which turns an unpredictable one-off order into a recurring weekly basket and makes kitchen planning possible. Salad, dessert, and naan are included in every box rather than upsold, so the comparison a customer makes is between packages, not line items.
How it runs
A new menu publishes every Wednesday and orders close Sunday night, which gives the kitchen a fixed prep window. The storefront, the weekly menu, and the delivery schedule are all operated as one system.
