A premium service with no way to show packages, pricing, or availability. Every enquiry started from scratch over text, and the business was invisible in search to anyone who did not already know the name.
Where we started
A premium event service selling entirely through referral and text. There was no way for a prospective client to see what a package included or what it cost, so every enquiry began with the same conversation from zero. In search, the business effectively did not exist.
Packaging the offer
The first fix was structural. We built a packages and pricing architecture so a client can understand the offer before making contact, and an event booking flow that captures date, guest count, and requirements up front. Enquiries arrive qualified instead of starting from scratch.
Local SEO and the profile
The visibility work ran in parallel and has kept running. We optimised the Google Business Profile, built out the local search foundations, and kept at it consistently rather than treating SEO as a launch task. That compounding effort is what moved the business to the top of Google for its category.
How it runs
Search visibility is maintained rather than left to drift, because in a category this competitive a top position is held through consistency, not claimed once.
