Tony Cuts

Website, online booking, and an ongoing content system for an Etobicoke barbershop that was running on walk-ins alone.

The result

The shop books consistently through the site instead of depending on who happens to walk past, and the social channel now runs on a schedule rather than in bursts.

What we built

  • Website
  • Online booking flow
  • Brand campaign creative
  • Instagram content system

Walk-ins only, no online booking, and a social feed that went quiet for weeks at a time. Barbering is about as saturated as local markets get, and a chair that sits empty at 2pm is revenue that cannot be recovered later.

Where we started

A skilled shop with a loyal following and no way to capture demand outside opening hours. Every booking was a walk-in or a message, which meant the quiet hours stayed quiet and there was no record of who was trying to book when the shop was busy.

The site and the booking path

We built a service-led site with a direct route from first impression to a reserved chair. Services, barbers, and prices are visible before anyone has to commit, and booking is reachable from anywhere on the page rather than parked on a contact screen.

Keeping the channel alive

The other half was consistency. We built a campaign and content system covering first-visit offers, signature styles, service explainers, and booking availability, produced as coordinated sets rather than one-off posts. The feed stays current without the owner having to think about it between cuts.
